Returns

You may request a return/replacement for eligible products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging/accessories

  • Hygiene/intimate items (if any)

Refund Process

Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

Refund Timeline

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
